In the “Ask Marilyn” column in Parade magazine, a reader asked, “What do you consider to be the ultimate compliment anyone could pay you?”
The columnist, Marilyn vos Savant, who was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records Hall of Fame for having the highest IQ, replied, “To me, the ultimate compliment consists of only three words: ‘I love you.’”
When we love others, we’re paying them a compliment — affirming their worth as fellow children of God.
